Our Team
Kay Elliott
Kay came from England to the United States in October 1992. She is married with 3 grown children. She started attending Liberty Church in 2012 and began volunteering every week as much as she could while working a full-time job. For years she had perfect attendance and would borrow Pastors Lon and Dawn’s books to read. She was hungry and God began a dream in her of working full-time at Liberty. This dream became a wonderful reality the summer of 2020. Today, she continues to fulfill her passion and heartfelt desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Kay leads our volunteer schedules, cares for administrative needs and pretty much everything in the office. She has big faith, a heart to pray & help people experience hope that only Jesus can offer. Kay is gentle, positive, & bold as a lion.
Paula Inman
Paula is a wife, mother of four, doesn’t turn down a cup of coffee or a good brick of chocolate and a Christmas movie. A creative by nature, you can find her in the kitchen whipping up something tasty or using her mind and hands to turn nothing into something. Paula began attending Liberty with her family in the fall of 2015. They have experienced incredible miracles in every member of their family as they have fully embraced God’s grace & love, and surrendered their time, talent, & treasure to Jesus. They will gladly share with you the goodness & favor of God they have experienced as they have wholeheartedly given God full control of their lives. Paula is the director of finance and operations. She loves to have her hands in everything including graphics, social media, hospitality, designing, creating, and loves people well. Paula has faith that is moving mountains.
Titus Williams
Titus has grown up in a pastor’s home his entire life and has seen and experienced so much in his young life so far. He graduated from high school in 2021 and then took a gap year to devote a full-time schedule to the media each week and uses his skills to make our celebration experiences better. He is constantly improving all of our technology to reach one more for Jesus, which includes photos, video, computers, and so much more. It’s exciting and inspiring to watch him grow into his calling as he works his skills, learns, and teaches others. Titus has a can-do, positive, easy going attitude. Titus is currently connected from off site editing videos and consulting our team with media issues. He is enrolled in the Leadership Program at Vous College out of Vous Church in Miami, Florida. He is still determining God’s direction in his life, but Titus is a worshiping world changer and taking great steps towards the good things God has for him. Titus loves to workout, eat and says ‘yes’ to most adventures that come before him.
Caleb Williams
Caleb has spent his whole life a part of the church growing up in a pastor’s home. He graduated high school in 2022 and is currently in a gap year working full-time at the church investing into KidLand, media, building needs, and any projects to grow the church. On Sundays, he regularly teaches in Elementary Extreme and has for several years. He has a calling from God for ministry, and is in the process of discovering and determining his next steps as he invests more time in this local church. He is always helping with tasks and projects behind the scenes. There’s nothing his willing heart, attitude and work ethic won’t accomplish. He has a playful, creative personality. He enjoys working out, golf, airsoft, skiing, basketball and Elevation Worship. No matter what, Caleb is always smiling, and ready to do something fun.
Noah Williams
Noah was just a few years old when Liberty Church began. He has seen and experienced every season of triumph and struggle. Noah graduated from high school in 2019. He took a gap year and then attended 2 years of Hillsong Bible College in Phoenix, Arizona. He is seeking God for what is next for him as he determines the great calling on his life. Liberty has been a place for him to land in this transition. Noah is involved in finance, administration, and any projects needed behind the scenes. He has a coffee interest and gift. He can be found brewing up some high quality batches of pour over coffee or making top notch cappuccinos with incredible latte art. He loves to travel and experience new places & find third wave coffee shops brewing up something special. A coffee bar business is in his future perhaps to coincide with the church. Noah is committed to simple, excellent, & quality.
Dustin Warmkessel
Dustin is a single guy from Hamburg, Pa. Music was a big factor in him believing in Jesus as a teenager, so he has a passion for music and uses his gifts to glorify God! He was called into ministry when he was 15 years old and faithfully volunteered in his home church for 10 years. During that time, he rearranged his entire life around planting in his church by leading worship and playing guitar. He has been a good steward by developing the gifts God has entrusted to him. He joined our team in October 2021 as the Director of Worship and relocated to Williamsport. Dustin is a great asset to our church and region as he exists to elevate the worship of God.
